My Story

I’m Allegra, founder of Bold Copy. My path to communications has been shaped by creativity, culture, and a deep passion for human connection. I grew up in New York City, where I attended LaGuardia High School and studied opera, an experience that gave me a foundation in discipline, expression, and voice. Later, I moved to Europe, where living abroad expanded my perspective and appreciation for storytelling across different cultures.

Beyond academics, I dedicated time to humanitarian work in Nepal and Peru, teaching and supporting local communities—experiences that taught me the power of communication to create real impact. I went on to study Writing at the Savannah College of Art and Design before earning my bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Colorado Denver.

Bold Copy was born out of this journey. By blending creativity with strategy, I help brands find clarity in their voice and confidence in their presence—whether through copywriting, social media, consulting, or project management.
